By accessing or using Driver-Prep.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Driver-Prep.com provides independent, proprietary study materials, translations, and educational adaptations designed to help users prepare for driving knowledge tests. Our materials are original educational works based on publicly available laws and factual road rules. We are a private educational service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, certified by, or connected to any state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or government agency. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase access and form a binding agreement. To use paid content you need an account: you can create one before paying, or one will be created automatically from your payment email if you check out as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing a valid email address.

3. Payments

Access to study materials requires a one-time payment of $9.00 USD per state. Each purchase includes 30 days of digital access, which is usually enough time to prepare. This is a single one-time charge — there is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring billing. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. All prices are in US dollars.

4. Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee: if you studied the purchased materials, took the official DMV knowledge test within your 30-day access period, and did not pass on your first attempt, contact us at support@driver-prep.com from the same name and email you used at purchase, and attach a photo or screenshot of your official DMV test result (showing the date and the failing mark). You may redact everything else on the document — we only need the date and the result line. After we verify it, we will refund your payment in full within 5 business days. Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day access period or within 7 days after it ends.

Outside of this guarantee, sales of digital products are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to purchased content, contact us at support@driver-prep.com and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or, if access cannot be restored, issue a refund.

5. License to Use Content

Upon purchase, you receive personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive access to use the study materials for 30 days for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

Our study materials are provided for educational purposes only and should be used as a supplementary study resource. Always refer to your state DMV website and its official materials for the most current and accurate official information.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, and original explanatory content, including translations, educational formatting, and adaptations, of Driver-Prep.com are owned by Driver-Prep.com. Any factual information regarding road signs or state laws is public domain. You are paying for our proprietary translation, educational structure, and platform, not for public domain government data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Driver-Prep.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Driver-Prep operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts located in that state, and you and Driver-Prep submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@driver-prep.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
